2. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about eXgine, its technology and its foreign exchange and multi-currency processing capabilities, including their integration with the QashPay platform.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer to enter into a foreign exchange transaction, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to enter into any particular transaction.

Availability of any eXgine service is subject to eligibility, onboarding, compliance approval and separate contractual terms.

Using this website does not create a customer relationship or contract between you and eXgine.

3. eXgine and QashPay

eXgine provides specialist foreign exchange capability used within supported QashPay multi-currency payment arrangements.

QashPay provides the merchant-facing technology, payment gateway, onboarding, transaction routing and related platform services. Card acquiring, merchant settlement and other regulated payment services may be provided by participating acquiring banks or payment service providers under separate agreements.

Where a merchant uses an eXgine foreign exchange service, the applicable eXgine customer agreement governs matters including exchange rates, trades, fees, settlement, compliance requirements, cancellation, liability and termination.

These Website Terms do not replace or amend any customer, merchant, payment, acquiring or foreign exchange agreement.

4. Regulatory information

eXgine Limited is registered with and supervised by HM Revenue & Customs for anti-money laundering purposes under the Money Laundering Regulations.

HMRC registration number: MLR-207360

HMRC registration is a regulatory requirement and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of eXgine or its services.

eXgine provides only the services described in the applicable customer agreement. Banking, card acquiring, merchant settlement, payment accounts and other third-party financial services are provided separately by the relevant provider where applicable.

5. Foreign exchange information

Exchange rates can change rapidly.

Any rates, currencies, transaction values, settlement dates, savings, performance figures, screenshots, demonstrations or scenarios shown on this website are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

An exchange rate becomes binding only when a transaction is validly booked or confirmed in accordance with the applicable eXgine customer agreement.

References to automated foreign exchange, rate fixing or the reduction of foreign exchange exposure apply only to eligible transactions configured for the relevant eXgine service and remain subject to the applicable contractual and settlement arrangements.

6. Use of this website

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
• introduce malware or other harmful material;
• use automated means to extract substantial amounts of content without permission;
• misrepresent your identity or authority; or
• use the website in breach of applicable law.

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users or business.

The content, software, graphics, interfaces, designs and other materials made available on this website are owned by eXgine, another QashPay group company or the relevant licensor.

The eXgine and QashPay names, logos and associated branding may not be copied, reproduced or used without the prior written permission of the relevant owner.

Nothing on this website grants any licence or other right except the limited right to view and use the website for its intended purpose.

This website may link to QashPay, acquiring banks, payment service providers or other third-party websites and services.

Those services are subject to their own terms, privacy notices and regulatory arrangements. A link does not make eXgine responsible for the operation, availability or content of a third-party service.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or available.

Products, currencies, integrations, partners and service functionality may change.
